TIMMY TURTLE'S LAZY EYE: An ocean-themed educational colouring book for kids undergoing patching treatment for amblyopia

The idea for this book came about after two Orthoptists in New Zealand were unable to source the amblyopia colouring book they regularly distributed to kids undergoing patching treatment. The contents of this book are similar to the other in terms of the story and vision tracker, but it goes two steps further to include educational sections featuring the alphabet and the basic numbers. Additionally, the intention was to have everything available for colouring - words included! This book is divided into 3 sections: (1) Amblyopia & Patching Story (2) Sea Life Alphabet (3) Numbers with ‘vision tracker’. Our vision tracker uses bubbles which gradually get smaller. They are placed randomly on the pages and can be used to determine how much your child’s vision may be improving.
