Two of the projects in this book use fusible applique and are very simple for the beginning quilter. Baby Bows and Twinkle Toes is absolutely my favorite quilt in this book. Black Mary Jane shoes are appliqued on a pieced top of scattered bow tie blocks. How fun would it be to sew up this cute quilt and send it off to the new arrival with a shiny pair of Mary Janes!
