Chizner, MD, FACP, FACC, FAHA, is a nationally renowned cardiologist, and the Director of Medical Education Emeritus at Broward Health, one of the nation's largest public health care systems based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to serving in this role, Dr. Chizner was the Founder and former Chief Medical Director of the Heart Center of Excellence and the Founding Director of the Cardiology Fellowship Program at Broward Health. He is also a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine, the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, the Dr. Kiran C.
