All with the help of his silly dog Dutch. I am a Social Work Therapist and have utilized the book, The Terrible Snore, in working with patients that have intellectual disabilities. The book demonstrates in a fun and simple manner a basic concept of Cognitive Restructuring. The book provides an example of how thoughts can play a significant role in determining how we feel and how we act (behave).
