Bees on orange make honey really fast. They can fill 1 honey super in a few days during a really strong bloom. That's about 60 pounds of honey! (Sadly, due to the dimishing orange groves that are turning into housing developments finding groves with such a high yield is getting progressively difficult to find. ) Once the honey is harvested, we use this orange blossom honey as the base for most of our infused products.
