MIXING VALVE: The Watts LF70A Series hot water extender mixing valve is designed for domestic water supply systems and recommended for tankless heater, water heater, and solar applications installed at or near the boiler or hot water heater. LEAD FREE ASSEMBLY: This product is entirely lead free. The brass body, solder connections, thermostat, stainless steel springs, and dial adjustment cap are all designed and manufactured without lead in them. COMPREHENSIVE FEATURES: It features a 3/4" hot water inlet (120 to 160 F), a 3/4" cold water inlet (40 to 85 F), and a 3/4" mixed outlet. All three are solder connections and the product includes an easy adjustment dial cap. EASY TO INSTALL AND USE: The thermostat assembly is easy to maintain, remove and replace. The hydraulically operated thermostat opens a spring loaded check in the cold water inlet which allows cold and hot water to mix and can be replaced as a unit. EVERY DROP COUNTS: Water.
