One pound of our dried cherries saves the fruit of 400 gallons of water. Cherries require an incredible amount of our Earth’s resources, yet many practically perfect imperfect cherries are discarded. We can’t allow good cherries to go to waste, especially after so many precious resources are invested. We rescue as many doomed cherries as we can, then dry and pit them for all to enjoy!
