We soak our almonds in pink Himalayan salt crystals and dehydrated at a low temperature to insure the nutritional integrity and improve the digestibility of the almonds. Soaking also reduces the phytic acid, a substance that reduces your body’s ability to absorb minerals. We source only truly raw, non-irradiated and unpasteurized almonds from Spain

Maqui Berry (Ma-kee);
This small purple berry grows in the Patagonia region of Chile. We have chosen to blend this “JEM of the earth”, super berry in our organic sprouted almond spread for its extremely high antioxidant quality, specifically the well known anti aging flavonoids, anthocyanins, and its mild tart flavor

Camu Camu Berry (Ka-moo):
This “JEM of the earth” was harvested in Peru and was selected by our team because of its nutrient dense qualities. Camu is very high in Vitamin C and loaded with antioxidants, bioflavonoids, amino acids, and beta-carotene. Camu camu is a bitter berry so you may get that bitter kick at the end, go with it, and enjoy the benefits. Lucuma (Loo-ku-mah) This sweet fruit grown in Peru, Chile and Ecuador, is a great addition to our gourmet blend due to its low-glycemic yet nutrient-dense capacity.
