LOW VOLTAGE VERSION: Featuring 8 Firefly 12V AC or DC powered firefly blue LEDs, each on a rugged, UV-Resistant black wire, with the ability to connect up to 10 sets end-to-end. A patented method is used to control the LEDs independently to give the very realistic appearance of firefly activity. Model FMT-8S1FL2 low voltage firefly lights provide a subtle and elegant lighting effect that enhances the outdoor living environment. This natural effect adds life to patios, decks, spas, pergolas, gazebos, mulch beds, flower gardens, and adds depth as a backdrop for landscape features such as ponds and waterfalls.

Configured as a pro lighting fixture, flying leads are provided for wiring to a low voltage power source (12V AC or DC transformer, not included). Due to the ultra-low power consumption, these lights can be simply spliced into the lighting system anywhere there is an existing light fixture or a power wire running through the landscape. Clusters can be conveniently connected end-to-end (up to 10 clusters). The control module measures 2.5 x 1.25 x 0.75 inches and operates from 10 to 14V, AC or DC. Peak power is 1 watt, average is less than ¼ watt. Fireflies (LED's) are 0.32 inch dia. x 1.0 inch long. LED wires (24 AWG) range from 3 to 9 feet in length, and 2 interchangeable power in/out black wires are 7 and 9 feet in length (18 AWG wire).
