High temperature soldering flux for Copper, Brass, & Stainless Steel Liquid high temperature 500-800°F / 260-427°C flux Works on all common metals EXCEPT aluminum Excellent for use with KappTec, KappZapp7, and most solders with temperature requirements above 550°F (288°C) when application is for dissimilar metals other than Aluminum Kapp CopperBond Flux has been designed for high temperature soldering of Copper, Brass, & Stainless Steel. Excellent for use with KappTec - 95% Cadmium - 5% Silver, KappZapp7 - 93% Tin - 7% Silver and most solders with temperature requirements above 550°F applied to metals other than Aluminum. Good wetting properties. Effective soldering range - 550°F - 800°F (288°C - 427°C). Residue is corrosive, easily removed with warm water rinse or a clean wet rag or Q-Tip. Soldering flux is corrosive, and can thus ship only via UPS Ground. It is a lead-free product.
