Sizing is measured to the circumference just above the ankle bone. If your sizing is on the cusp we recommend choosing the smaller size. Example; If you measure 9" and a Small sock is 8" - 9" and the Medium is 9" - 10" we suggest ordering the Small. - Sock ONLY, Physiolift Adjustable Heel Lift sold separately.
