Made by a highly respected edge tool manufacturer in the Czech Republic Blades are made from fine-grained, nicely tempered chrome-manganese steel and hardened to Rc 59 Available in sizes from 6 mm to 50 mm Bevel ground at a 25 degree bevel Handles made from waxed European Hornbeam and have a solid brass ferrul The Premium line of Narex chisels has a slimmer cross section than the Profi (Professional) line with Beech handles. Primary bevels are ground at 25 degrees. Blades are 4 5/8" to 6 1/2" long. Handles are stained European Hornbeam and are 5 1/2” long. Overall sizes range in length from 9 7/8” to 12”.Widths are available from 6 mm to 50 mm. Blades have well-seated heavy steel tangs.
