This is an 8 ounces can of Rema Tip Top Tire Repair Special Blue vulcanizing cement BL-8F, This product creates a nearly indestructible bond between tire and repair unit. Rema Tip Top's newest Special Blue Cement is free of CFC and aromatic compounds. It has a long shelf life.

④ Flammable, Do not use heat guns, or other artificial means to aid in the drying process.
