Our Original Hickory Smoked Dry Cured Country Bacon starts with the most select bacon slabs before they are cured with high quality ingredients and aged for flavor in that cure. As with all our dry cured bacons, no water is added during the cure process. This means no water added, is no water to cook out and MORE BACON to eat! After aging and curing, it's slow smoked over Natural HIckory wood chips. This bacon is our traditional slice (approx. 6-8 slices per inch or 1/8") thickness. Perfect to store in the freezer - so stock up today! All of our gourmet bacon is made with quality and ensuring the best eating experience as our primary focus Our dry cured bacon starts with the most select slabs of bacon. We first rub our sugar cure recipe on to the slabs, and then smoke the slabs slowly using hickory smoke. Slabs are hand trimmed and cut 6-8 slices per inch (most store bought bacon is much thinner). Center cut slices are vacuum packaged in a one pound size. Unopened packages of bacon store for months in the freezer so stock up and save.
