NOTE : There is a small arrow right underneath the spout. There is also a small arrow in the body. When you twist the lid to fit the body, just match the arrows together and it will not leak. You do not have to turn the lid more than the arrow since it is already secured. Additionally, the lid has a silicone ring that prevents spillage. Please make sure that the silicone ring stays inside the lid for all time usage. Without the silicone ring inside the lid, the pitcher will not be leak and spill proof.

Caution This pitcher is made of SAN plastic so when it drops hard, although it does not shatter like glass, it might cause cracks. Please be careful of dropping this pitcher in order to prevent cracks!
