The Texian Army Brew was developed to be the best drip coffee you can make at home. The Texian Army Brews preferred brew meathods are: traditional coffee pot, percolator, pour over, or French press. The brew is roasted to a dark roast using pecan wood and cold smoked with cherry wood. The Texian Army Brew is a bold dark roast ,but still surprisingly sweet from the cherry cold smoke.

The Texian Army Brew is one of the only cold smoked coffee's in the world. The fire roasting process provides a great flavor and takes out some of the bitter notes commonly found in coffee. The cherry cold smoking process provides a finishing sweet note to your morning brew.
