One of the most practical ways to grow in our spiritual leadership capacity is to look at men and women who have walked deeply with the Lord and have led in godly ways. Anytime you study a person of faith, you will see the good and the bad. When we study people, we are not looking for a savior to worship. We already have that; His name is Jesus.
