EalionMed silicone foam dressing with border has an advanced triple-layered construction which combines an absorbent hydrocellular pad sandwiched between a perforated silicone gel adhesive wound contact layer and a highly permeable waterproof outer film. 

EalionMed silicone foam dressing with border is highly comfortable self-adhesive dressing that absorbs exudates, maintains a moist wound environment, minimizes the pain to patient and trauma to wounds, minimizes the risk for maceration.

Indications for Use

EalionMed silicone foam dressing is indicated for a wide range of moderate to high exuding wounds, such as pressure ulcers, leg ulcers,  foot diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds, first and second degree burns, traumatic wounds e.g. abrasions and skin tears.

Instructions for Use

To Apply

Step 1:  Cleanse the wound in accordance with normal procedures. Ensure surrounding skin is clean, dry and free from excess hair.

Step 2:  Select appropriate dressing size. Ensure the absorbent pad covers the entire wound or area to be protected.

Step 3:  Remove the release films

Step 4:  Apply the adherent side to the wound, press from the center outward gently. Do not stretch.
