Pack of 2 Material: Manufactured from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum, anti-rust and anti-corrosion MUST BE WELDED, designed with a recess step on weld end to make mounting flush to a surface easier. Application: Can be used for most automotive needs, such as: Fuel, Oil, Coolant, Air, and more. Stepped design for ease of fabrication. Minimal anodizing for greater welding qualities. All of our weld on fittings have minimal anodizing to ensure proper and ease of welding.

Weld bungs are most commonly used when needing to attach AN lines to areas that don’t currently have an AN flare.
A few examples would be: Intercooler piping, Intake manifold, or even a custom overflow tank!

Teflon tape and sealing compounds are not needed as the machined 37 degree flare fitting does all the work when used correctly.
