The wood is cut into blocks and then the work begins. Each tooth of the comb is painstakingly cut by hand one by one to ensure the wood is treated with care and retains the grain and shape. Then the beard comb is sanded several times to get a smooth finish. Once the comb is completed it is sent to buffing.
