The dividers are the size of standard index cards (4 x 6 inches), made of thick 16 pt (350 gsm) coated paper and have a water-resistant coating so they can resist spills and splashes to keep your recipes looking great for a long time (Note: the cards are not laminated).

The product also comes with a measurement conversion card for when need you need to convert between metric and imperial measurements. The card includes the following conversions: mass conversions, volume conversions (both dry and fluid), temperature conversion, length conversion, mass conversion and measurement equivalents.
