1.Three-Phase DC Brushless Sensorless Motor Controller: Works normally even without Hall sensors on the motor. It’s a high-power (300W) three-phase high-speed DC brushless sensorless controller with wide DC voltage range (5-50V). Speed control supports three signal inputs: PWM signal, PLC 0-5V analog signal, and 1-4.2V Hall throttle input. 2.The brushless sensorless motor controller has fast acceleration response. When powering on and starting at full throttle, the instantaneous starting current is very high—leave a safety margin, and do not perform direction reversal startup at full throttle under high voltage and high power. Additionally, braking causes significant impact: do not brake when the motor runs at full speed under high voltage; forced operation may damage power transistors and chips. It is recommended to reduce the speed throttle to 50% or below before performing these operations. 3.Reversing the positive and negative terminals of the power supply on the main board will cause permanent damage to some on-board chips (even for a few seconds under high current). Do not connect motors with significantly mismatched voltage, current, or power relative to the driver module. 4.During normal operation, the motor output has sampled overcurrent protection. Due to the module’s high power and current, do not manually short-circuit the module when it is not working properly—short-circuiting may burn wires or blow transistors. For the first wiring test, use low current and low voltage; only after confirming it works properly, switch to high current and high voltage. Never let high voltage come into contact with components on the board. 5.The brushless sensorless controller delivers more stable performance. All interfaces use terminal blocks, it comes with a standard heat sink, and has a built-in speed potentiometer—it’s ready to use right after powering on (once wired correctly).
