How to use HerbaZest Stonebreaker Tea?

Our pure Stonebreaker Tea can be prepared either on a stovetop (more concentrated) or in a tea cup.

Stovetop: Place 4 teaspoons (20g) of leaves in a saucepan with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Then, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain.
Tea cup: Add 1 teaspoon (5g) of leaves to a cup. Pour boiling water over them and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain before drinking.
