How to use a pizza stone in the home oven or on the outdoor grill?
1. Preheat the stone in an oven or grill at 550°F for half an hour.
2. Transfer room temperature pizza by a flour/cornmeal dusted pizza peel to the center of the stone
3. Close the oven or grill lid and cook the pizza for about 10 minutes
4. Check in halfway to ensure the pizza is not overheated.
5. Once the crust is brown, remove the pizza from stone. Enjoy at once.
