Similar to Yerba Mate and Guayusa tea, Yaupon Holly is North America's only native caffeinated plant species and contains around 65mg of caffeine per serving. Yaupon also contains theobromine and theanine, and is known for a "jitter-free" caffeine boost. It's an antioxidant superfood, with about 30% greater antioxidant content than green tea. Our Yaupon is harvested from pristine Florida forests, using American workers, and sustainable agricultural practices.
