How to connect the remote?
1.Enter the settings menu by pressing the Menu button on the back of the camera and navigate to the [Network] settings, then select [Bluetooth Settings] , turn on the [Bluetooth Function].
2.Go back to the menu and navigate to the [Network] settings, from here make sure that Bluetooth Rmt Ctrl is set to [On] .
3.Go back again to [Network] settings, select [Bluetooth Settings], and select the [Pairing] option.
4. You will be asked to perform pairing on the connected device. Now you need to hold down both the shutter button and Zoom T buttons on the remote simultaneously for a full 7 seconds.
5. If this works correctly you should see the following screen. Simply click [OK] and it will appear [Paired].

Use Tips:
1. You cannot use the function for linking location information with a smartphone when the [Bluetooth Rmt Ctrl] is set to [On].
2. While [Bluetooth Rmt Ctrl] is set to [On], the camera will not switch to the power-saving mode. Change the setting to [Off] when you are done using the Bluetooth remote commander.
3. If you do not operate the Remote for a few seconds, the Remote will automatically be disconnected from the camera. Even while they are disconnected, you can automatically reconnect the Remote to the camera by pressing any button.
4. The zoom button on the remote only works with for power zoom lenses.
