The Old Testament: Discovering Treasures in the Word of God

The purpose of this course and the next is to give you a solid base of biblical knowledge. Using the skills learned in previous classes, you will study the Old Testament systematically and synthetically, learning the general content of each book as well as the relationship between the books. In these lessons we will see the progressive revelation of God. Although we cannot study in depth all of the topics we will encounter, this rapid survey will provide you with a foundation for future studies. The textbook is the Old Testament; the lessons presented in this course will have little value if we do not go directly to the source, the Old Testament, to discover the riches of its treasures.
