During the process of using LCL PGI-9 10-pack ink cartridges, if you meet the printing problem, please firstly follow these steps to figure out which cartridge might went wrong (We provide the service of sending replacements for free for these defective ink cartridges) :

Step 1: Please replace the new Photo Black ink cartridge with the old one. If the print problem is resolved, then this PBK ink cartridge is defective. If not, please do as the step 2

Step 2: Please replace the Matte Black ink cartridge with the old one. If the print problem is resolved, then this MBK ink cartridge is defective. If not, please do as the step 3

Step 3: Please replace the Cyan ink cartridge with the old one. If the print problem is resolved, then this Cyan ink cartridge is defective. If not, please do as the step 4
