Installation:
Decide what part you want to insulate first: car roof, car floor, car doors or a hood.
Remove the remains of the factory insulation once you have dismantled the interior. Properly clean and degrease the surface prior to installation of mat.
Measure the pre-cleaned surface of the prospective spot that you are going to treat.
Try to locate the piece of material onto the prospective surface of a car without removing an adhesive paper. When your sheet is ready to used, lay that down to the surface and let is glue. Flatten the sheet with hands to avoid air bubbles. Use a roller for rolling down the foil as a neat step.

Installation Notices:
Please clean the surface you want to paste.
You could heat it to make it soft, then compacted by hand. If the room temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius first with lamp heating it until soft.
It would be best to wear the gloves when working.
