Tenacious and Tough: Our Propane Forge is built from 16 Gauge (1.5mm) Polished Stainless Steel grade SS-304 Metal Sheets and Nozzle materials is of SS-304 grade as well, making it more durable and long-lasting. Prompt Heating: With the efficient burner mechanism that gives out neutral flame and the heating area geared with 1 inch thick pre rigidized Ceramic Fiber Blanket of density 10# and 1 inch thick firebrick along with additional heat guard (needs to be applied by you). This offers superior insulation value to the forge with reduced fuel consumption and quick heating. It can resist temperature up to 2600°F (1425°C) approx. Voluminous: Simple yet effective design leaves you with ample space even after insulation to carry out forging conveniently. Forge Internal Dimension measures 5.4” (H) x 5.4” (W) x 9.8” (L). Portable & Compact: If required this little forge is easy to move around from one place to another and also it won’t occupy much of your space. Balance Right Temperature: The Air Intake Valve in the Burner and Regulator allows you to control the flow of air & gas and helps you to get to the right temperature for forging.

Single Burner Propane Forge and accessories are made of high quality polished steel (Grade SS-304). Furnace has a layer of 1" ceramic wool in the heating zone which can resist temperature up to 2600°F, with refractory fire brick at the bottom to resist high velocity firing.

The powerful burner gives out a neutral flame leaving a small amount of oxygen for scaling. High quality nozzle (pressure – 0.21 PSI) increases the efficiency of burner with the help of Air Chock Valve attached on top which regulates the amount of air that is mixed with the propane during combustion.
