Full Charging Steps:
- Connect the power adapter to the DC-Jack on the right side of the Parent Unit. - Plug the AC power adapter into a wall outlet. - The Charging LED will illuminate RED to indicate charging. - When the Parent Unit is turned on, the battery charging icon (moving bars) will appear at the top-right corner of the LCD screen. - Once fully charged, the full battery icon (4 solid bars) will appear on the LCD and the Charging LED will turn GREEN. - NOTE: Before first use or after extended storage, fully charge the Parent Unit - It takes approximately 8 hours to fully charge the battery.

The power adapter may not be properly connected — ensure it is fully inserted.
Try switching to another wall outlet.
Switch between the Baby Unit and Parent Unit power adapters to verify proper function.
Reset the Parent Unit and reconnect the power.
