To detangle the knotted hair, please fill some conditioner with water in a spray bottle, spray it in the hair, then use a wide tooth comb to brush it from END to ROOT.

NO. Synthetic hair can be easily to be straightened but not easily to be curled because the factory uses special equipment and process to curl it.
