Since this is a Customized Item, we cannot offer returns for incorrect sizing. Please do not guess based on your dog's weight or breed.
- Step 1: Measure the Neck Girth at the base of the neck.
- Step 2: Measure the Chest Girth at the widest part of the ribcage (behind the front legs).
- Step 3: Compare with our size chart. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size and adjust the straps.

2. HOW TO ADJUST:
To prevent the harness from slipping (as mentioned in feedback), ensure both the neck and chest straps are adjusted snugly. You should be able to fit two fingers between the strap and your dog's skin.

3. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
To protect the custom patches and stitching, we recommend Hand Washing with mild soap and hanging to dry. If machine washing is necessary, please remove the patches and use a laundry bag on a gentle cycle.
