1. The furnace is made of light high-purity alumina, sintered at high temperature without volatile matter, safe and environmentally friendly, in line with international industry standards. 3. The heating elements adopt high-quality molybdenum-containing resistance wires, silicon carbide rods, silicon molybdenum rods, and other heating elements. The rods are reasonably distributed according to the size of the furnace and the furnace temperature is uniform. 4. After the instrument program setting is completed, just press the run button, the next heating and cooling work will be completed automatically, without manual waiting. 5. The machine will send out an alarm signal for over-temperature conditions during work, and automatically complete the protection action. The high-temperature box-type furnace integrates the control system and the furnace chamber into one, with a compact and beautiful structure. Furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina poly-light material, which has low heat storage, excellent heat preservation, and energy-saving effect, and greatly reduces the overall weight of the electric furnace. The furnace shell adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure to ensure that the surface temperature of the furnace shell is close to room temperature.
