PVA Water-Soluble Support Material: PolyDissolve S1 PVA filament is specifically designed for use with standard printing temperature filaments such as PLA, TPU, PVB, and Nylon. It is ideal for printing complex geometries, including art sculptures, figurines, models with internal cavities, all-in-one mechanisms, and architectural designs. Tangle-Free & Moisture-Free: Polymaker PolyDissolve filament is carefully wound to prevent tangling and is dried and vacuum-sealed in a resealable ziplock bag with a desiccant. Always hold the filament tip to avoid nodes and use the spool holes to help prevent tangling. Cardboard Spool: Now available in updated 3.0 packaging, featuring a fully recycled cardboard spool and box. PolyDissolve S1 Printing Settings: Nozzle: 215°C - 225°C, Bed: 25°C - 60°C, Speed: 30mm/s - 40mm/s (for 1.75mm PVA filament). Cardboard Spool with Enhanced Hard Edge: Panchroma 3D printer filament is packaged in upgraded, fully recycled cardboard spools and boxes. PolyDissolve S1 is a water dissolvable support for PLA, TPU, PVB and Nylon based filaments from our portfolio. It is specifically engineered to have a perfect interface with these materials while also displaying good solubility.

Printing Setting:
Nozzle: 215˚C – 225˚C;
Bed: 25-60˚C;
Speed: 30-40 mm/s;
Bed Surface: Glass with glue, blue tape;
Cooling Fan: ON;
Drying Settings: 80˚C for 12h;
It is highly recommended to use the PolyBox when printing with PolyDissolve S1 and to store it in the resealable bag.
