This disc has a plastic back and does not require a backup pad. It lasts up to 7-10 times longer than conventional aluminum oxide resin fiber discs. Its design minimizes the loading of material being ground on the disc. It cuts faster than a conventional grinding disc. It can be both dry grinding and wet grinding.

S/C (Silicon Carbide) These grain types are very aggressive.
