SALT & PEPPER TOASTED CORN – Super snacky, buttery corn with a gentle crunch that’s full of irresistible salt & pepper flavor in a larger one-pound resealable bag. NUTHING BUT THE GOOD STUFF: Our nuts are non-GMO, vegetarian friendly and free of dairy, sulfites, gluten, artificial flavors, artificial colors, and preservatives. IN-SEASON, LOCAL, SUSTAINABLE INGREDIENTS: We source and use only in-season nuts to ensure freshness, taste & quality. The ingredients in our products are sustainably grown and we don’t overwhelm them with excess sugars or oils. HANDCRAFTED IN PORTLAND IN SMALL BATCHES: We start the process by either making a syrup or a spice blend from scratch to coat the roasted nuts. We roast, candy, & coat small batches of nuts daily to keep the product as fresh & full of flavor as possible. WE’RE NUTS FOR LOCAL, WHOLESOME FOOD: We started Albina City Nuts in 2008 because we wanted the world to know how delicious Willamette Valley hazelnuts are. Since then, we’ve developed a line of wholesome treats from Oregon’s bountiful food economy.

Aside from snacking, our products are great accompaniments to cheese and charcuterie plates. Our candied nuts are perfect for desserts. They're fantastic on ice cream or in your morning oatmeal or yogurt. Our Toasted Corn products are great alternatives to croutons on your soups or salads. The snacking possibilities are endless.

We Believe That Simple Is Better

Because of our interest in eating foods that are wholesome and sustaining, we believe that simple is better. We take that to heart and think you’ll taste it in our products. We don’t overload them with sweeteners or added oil. Sourcing high quality ingredients and making our recipes by hand allows us to keep an eye on every step of the process and ensure that only the best stuff (great ingredients and care) go into making our products. Albina City Nuts began in 2008. Inspired by our bountiful local food economy, we wanted to create something delicious out of one of our regions food treasures, Willamette Valley hazelnuts. After many hours spent in the kitchen perfecting our craft and eating more than our fair share of nuts, we had our first product, Sweet & Salty Hazelnuts. Fast forward to today, we have a full line of delicious products and a small family owned business.
