God Consciousness

Sigmund Freud divided human consciousness into 4 levels of conscious awareness: conscious, preconscious, unconscious, and collective unconscious. The collective unconscious is the deepest level of the psyche from Freud’s system, containing the accumulation of inherited psychic structures and archetypal experiences. In this work we will examine Consciousness from the Hindu Vedic and eastern perspectives, which also has 4 levels of conscious awareness, each built upon the lower: Simple Consciousness - A basic awareness of nature and one’s own body which all living things possess. 2. Self Consciousness - An awareness not only of nature and one’s own body, but also of oneself as a distinct entity, believing your physical body is the real you and the world of forms and substance is all there is. 3. Sub Consciousness - The subconscious mind includes things that we might not be presently aware of but that we can pull into conscious awareness when needed. 4. Cosmic/Christ Consciousness - A super conscious awareness of the inner divinity of all living things and the forces and principles that govern the universe. Turiya - is an ancient Hindu Sanskrit word meaning “the fourth.” This super conscious state is the state of unity consciousness, pure bliss-Ananda.
