I've devoted almost 10 years of my life to studying nutrition and specializing in eating disorder recovery. I knew at the beginning of my journey that a meal plan wasn't the answer to freedom, but I didn't realize how little food freedom actually had to do with food. I realized that I could be free with my current eating patterns, at my current weight, and even my current mindset. One day the answer became so clear to me that freedom from poor body image and toxic thinking has been mine all along. Once I got a taste of that freedom, I wanted more and it was too good not to share with others.
