Couple Weekly Check-In: This journal can be used for couples just starting off, or those in a long-term relationship. The workbook helps you grow individually and as a couple through the self-guided weekly reflection prompts. Individually, you will acknowledge the highs and lows of the previous week, set individual goals, identify moments of connection, and share words of appreciation for your partner. - Together, you will share and discuss your answers, as well as finding new ways to support one another. You will set weekly goals on how to connect emotionally, physically, and intellectually. The workbook encourages partners to trade-off planning a surprise date for one another, the weekly couple reflection page includes an area to specify budget and preferences.
