NEUTRAL GRIP: The neutral grip will lower the stress on your shoulders as you press, making your intensive training free of any unwanted pain or residual soreness. The grip measures 7.75" long and is 42mm in diameter. The neutral hand grips are 23.75" on center for a relaxed, comfortable grip. DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: This heavy-duty steel can withstand up to 1,000 LB and is fully welded from seams to end caps. The specialty bar is powder-coated black for a durable and longer-lasting finish. DIMENSIONS: The barrel measures 8" in diameter and weighs 50 lb. The overall width is 71.25", with 48mm diameter by 10" long loadable sleeves.
