Our alignment tool ensures perfect lens head and mirror alignment. Align the 3rd mirror to your lens, not the Z axis of travel. Extra batteries are recommended. Reverse alignment tool represents exact center of lens at 90 degrees +/- 10 minutes perpendicular. Tool does not replace scorch method of aligning 1st mirror; mirror 2 can be aligned with tool. Our Mirror Alignment Tool is designed to help you achieve the perfect lens head and mirror alignment. Align the 3rd and most critical mirror first, and align it to your lens, not the Z axis of travel. Our always-on red laser makes mirror 3 alignments quicker and safer and can help you understand those adjustments quicker if you're new to adjusting the screws on your mirror. Using the tool to learn how to make mirror adjustments will require extra batteries. This tool does not replace the scorch method of aligning your 1st mirror. Mirror 2 can be aligned using the scorch method or with this tool.
