Trouble shooting steps
1.Not working as intended，Not working
1)-Ensure thatall interfaces are securely connected.
-Connect the power cable,our package has not power adapter
-It must connect the hdmi input (dvd or others),please do not only connect the hdmi input /output to tv
-Make sure that the power adapter is well"
2.Audio does not work,It did not extract the sound from my hdmi port，Plug in and still no sound product maybe defective
1)switch right channel
-Select 3.5mm stereo output, please use 2.0CH mode.
-Select optical output, please use 5.1CH mode.
-When you use the first and two modes and find that no audio and video signal is output, use the pass mode.
2)The device does not support ARC and eARC.It does not support using the TV as an input sources.The power
amplifier headphones get the sound from the TV."
3.My source has 5.1. Listing shows DTS but could only get stereo. The channel 5.1 doesn't work AND the digital audio output doesn't work. No red light in the cable, tried every setting"
1）Connect the optical port ,only the optical support 5.1ch
2）It can not change the audio format,so please make sure that your hdmi in/output device support 5.1ch
3）if it has not light bright,please change the power cable to try again"
