Summary
VCI tablet is new type vci antirust products which is mixed by high quality compound gas phase corrosion inhibitor and polymer, and in accordance with the scientific formula through special technology. It’s a new develop and breakthrough of phase antirust application field. VCI contained in the sheet begins to sublimate and volatilize the antirust gas factors which diffuse and penetrate into the surfaces of the articles for antirust and adhere on them to form a compact protection film with the thickness of monomolecular to avoid the surfaces of the articles for antirust in contact with all factors inducing corrosion, thus the corrosion is effectively prevented.
Application method
1、Before using this product, the space to be protected and the metal surface should be clean and free of foreign matter and rust;
2、Place the anti-rust sheet into the container for packing metal parts, such as cardboard box, plastic bag, plastic box, wooden or metal container, etc, and then close the space. The distance between the VCI tablet and the protected metal should not exceed 30cm, and each VCI tablet can protect 2.25 liters(0.08 cubic feet) of closed space. Depending on the sealing degree of the package and the storage environment, the rust prevention period can be up to 24 months, and the dosage should be increased when the conditions are bad.
