How to choose a blade? The spacing of the cut. 0-60 μm: hard substrate, 1 mm spacing. 0-60 μm: soft substrate, 2 mm spacing. 61-120 μm: hard or soft substrate, 2 mm spacing. 121-250 μm: hard or soft substrate, 3 mm spacing.

Cutting spacing: 1±0.01mm, 2±0.01mm, 3±0.01mm.
Tooth top line: ≥0.003mm≥0.006mm.
Tooth tip width: ≥0.05mm.
Tooth spacing: 1mm/2mm/3mm
Film thickness: 60um/120um

The spacing of cuts in each direction should be equal, and the spacing of cuts depends on the thickness of the coating and the type of substrate, as follows:
0-60 μm: hard substrate, 1 mm spacing.
0-60 μm: soft substrate, 2 mm spacing.
61-120 μm: hard or soft substrate, 2 mm spacing.
121-250 μm: hard or soft substrate, 3 mm spacing.
