How to apply as a base coat?
Step 1: Prep and push back cuticles.
Step 2: Apply neon rubber base coat,and cure under UV lamp (sold separately) for 60-120 seconds.
Step 3: Apply a second coat,then cure under UV lamp for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4: Apply Top coat (sold separately) and cure under lamp for 1-2 mins.
Step 5: Wipe of sticky layer with a Shine Wipe (sold separately).
Step 6: Enjoy your 21 Days Manicure.

How to apply as extension gel?
Step 1: Prep and push back cuticles.
Step 2: Apply neon rubber base coat,and cure under UV lamp (sold separately) for 60-120 seconds.

How to remove?
File off the top coat gently by nail buffer.
Use gel nail remover or soak cotton pad, and place on top of each nail.
Wrap each finger nail about 10-15 minutes.
Use a stick or cuticle pusher to remove the softened gel gently.
Lightly buff nails again when the gel totally removed.
