HYDROCHLORIDE-FREE, SULFATE FREE, PARABEN FREE, GLUTEN FREE & NUT FREE NOTE: This product does not come with Neutralizer, to be able to complete the perm process, Neutralizer is required, BONPLEX Neutralizer is sold separately.
