How to Apply Waterslide Decals: 1. Paint nails in the color of your choice. White work best to give you the full color effect. 2. Cut out the decals and trim to fit your nails. 3. Place the decal in water for 15 to 30 seconds. 4. Slide off the backing paper and place decal on nail. 5. Once you are happy with the position dab the excess water off. 6. Allow to dry thoroughly & seal with a good quality clear top coat.
