While battling cosmic chaos, pirates, and sea creatures, rowers' cries are intercepted thru a Golden Bowl, and Ruach, the Breath of God , reveals His will across the sky. Inner dragons wrestle with the mariners who toss buccaneers overboard, debating if the rascals are valid in their own survival tactics. The rowers sing songs of truth, yet doubt Ruach's goodness and power to bring beauty from chaos. The sacred artifact is lost in Acropolis rubble, and chaos continues. Centuries later, Captain Giovanni inherits the bowl and continues Hupo's peace mission. Seeking forgiveness for an aggressive Venetian doge, the Renaissance voyage is sabotaged by a supernova and volcanic rescue. Rogue starlings nitpick the minds of evacuees, mocking Giovanni's vision. Does unity fail the bella brigata, beautiful brigade of citizens? What must happen at the Crytstal Sea? St. Augustine These fantasy battles speak to teens and young adults, assuring they can silently call on God who gives direction, hope, identity, love, and purpose.  I write to adolescents, the most creative and most vulnerable in my experience as a therapist, encouraging them to persevere in launching their voyages.
