Then take (1) Pigment Packet from the PERMACOLOR Select Color Kit and place in the water and agitate until the pigment is dispersed within the water. Then add the PERMACOLOR Select NS Grout Base to the water and pigment and mix slowly either by hand or with a slow speed mixer to a smooth, stiff consistency. Allow to slake for 5– 10 minutes and remix for 1 minute.
